Indications

  • Fibrinogen deficiency or dysfunction, with bleeding or risk of bleeding

Component

  • Whole blood unit: 0.35g fibrinogen in 35mL
    • Give 10 units
  • Apheresis unit: 0.9g fibrinogen in 60mL
    • Give 5 units

Administration

  • Give over 30-60 mins
